Vascular Innovation science are a standout amongst the most approaching innovations which is very secure. In this paperi introduces a study of machine learning techniques utilized for Vascular innovation development applications, and distinguishes significant exploration issues. Basic mission assets and applications require instruments to recognize when honest to goodness clients attempt to abuse their benefits; unquestionably biometrics serves to give such administrations

Acute leukemia after cytotoxic treatment in a child with nephrotic syndrome

    Get PDF
Renal involvement in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) occurs due to several factors including leukemic infiltration of the kidneys, therapy-related side effects such as tumor lysis syndrome, nephrotoxic drugs, and septicemias. A 3-year-old boy with nephrotic syndrome (NS) who was previously treated with prednisolone and cyclosporine A for 14 months after the initial diagnosis of NS, presented to the emergency department with fever, breathing difficulty, generalized edema, and body pain with pallor, without evidence of lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, petechiae, or purpura. On investigation, peripheral blood smear showed blast cells >80% and bone marrow aspiration showed complete replacement of the marrow with L1 lymphoblasts, consistent with a diagnosis of ALL. The exact mechanism of developing acute leukemia after cytotoxic treatment has not been established; the possibility must be considered that the incidence of this malignant disease is increased after cytotoxic treatment for nonmalignant diseases

REAL TIME SYSTEM FOR EFFICIENT PROCESSING OF CARDIAC ARRHYTHMIAS SIGNALS

Cardiac arrhythmias is a very uncommon life threating arrhythmia which can even cause sudden death. Healthcare professionals are always looking to find out the ways in order to reduce the death rate. The new method of feature extraction and classification of arrhythmias has been developed by the authors of this paper in their previous works. In this paper, authors have proposed the methodology for the development of a real-time system for efficient processing of arrhythmic signals in order to differentiate between normal and abnormal patients. The purpose of this work is to develop a real-time system for processing the real-time signals or signals obtained from MIT-BIH arrhythmia database. For carrying out this work, we have taken the signals from MIT-BIH Supraventricular arrhythmia   database and MIT-BIH Fantasia database. Authors have achieved 100% accuracy by using this method. Keywords: MIT-BIH, Cardiac arrhythmias, real-time system

High frequency regeneration of plants from cotyledon and hypocotyl cultures in Brassica oleracea cv. Pride of India

Morphogenic potential of cabbage cv. Pride of India, for multiple shoot induction was tested under in vitro conditions using cotyledon and hypocotyl explants. Aseptically grown seven to nine days old seedlings of cabbage were used as source of explants for reproducible plant regeneration studies. Forty different concentrations and combinations of TDZ (alone), TDZ with adenine, TDZ with NAA and TDZ with IAA were tried. Maximum shoot regeneration response from cotyledon explants (91.11%) and hypocotyl (94.40%) was obtained on MS medium containing 0.330 mg/l TDZ + 79.70 mg/l Adenine and 0.220 mg/l TDZ + 0.088 mg/l IAA, respectively. Rooting was achieved within two to three weeks on all the rooting media, but MS medium containing 0.10 mg/l NAA produced the maximum number of strong and healthy roots (100%). The regenerated complete plantlets with healthy roots and shoot system were transferred to pots containing sterilized cocopeat and successfully acclimatized and no phenotypic variations were observed among regenerated plants. Highly efficient, reproducible plant regeneration protocol has been standardized in cabbage cv. Pride of India, which would be valuable for Agrobacterium-mediated gene transfer studies in cabbage

Primary leiomyosarcoma of kidney: A rare case report

    No full text
Primary leiomyosarcoma of kidney is extremely rare tumour accounting for 0.12% of renal tumours. Radiological investigations are not able to differentiate between leiomyosarcoma and sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma. Histopathological examination along with aid of immunohistochemistry is required to make a definitive diagnosis. We present a rare case of primary renal leiomyosarcoma occurring in a 50 years old female

The study of dielectric, pyroelectric and piezoelectric properties on hot pressed PZT-PMN systems

    No full text
Hot uniaxial pressing technique has been adopted for the densification of PZT-PMN system with an aim to yield dense ceramics and to lower the sintering temperature and time for achieving better and reproducible electronic properties. The ceramics having >97% theoretical density and micron size grains are investigated for their dielectric, pyroelectric and piezoelectric properties. The effect of Li and Mn addition has also been studied. Copyright 2012 Author(s).
